What transparent actually means.

Cash-pay only.

We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. No claim denials, no step therapy, no surprise bills. The price on the page is the price on the card.

One flat membership.

Ninety-nine dollars a month covers physician oversight, prescribing, secure messaging, and ongoing protocol adjustments. Bloodwork and medications are billed separately, at transparent prices.

Medications near cost.

We do not mark up your therapy. Medications are billed per fill when your physician approves them, priced close to what the pharmacy charges us. No multi-month prepay.

Honest about what we are not.

If your data does not support a protocol, we will tell you. You pay for the lab work you need, not for prescriptions you should not be on.
