Where do I get my blood drawn?+
We partner with Quest Diagnostics, which has 2,000+ draw sites across Florida. After ordering, you'll receive a requisition to bring to any Quest location near you.
How long do results take?+
Results typically return within 1-3 business days after your blood is collected. You'll be notified when they are ready in your portal.
Do I need to fast?+
Yes. Every panel requires a 12-hour fast (water only) and is best drawn before 10am, since they all include fasting metabolic and morning hormone markers.
Which panel should I choose?+
Foundation ($249) is the core hormone and safety baseline, and everything needed to start therapy safely. Optimize ($349) is the one most patients start with, adding the full thyroid, adrenal, metabolic and inflammatory picture. Apex ($499) upgrades hormone testing to mass spectrometry and adds advanced cardiovascular and nutrient markers. Your physician can tell you if a different tier fits your goals.
Will you run the same markers every time?+
Your baseline panel establishes the full picture. After that, follow-up draws repeat the markers that actually move on therapy, which is what the $149 Monitoring panel is, so we can trend them over time instead of guessing. Repeating every marker on a stable patient costs more without telling your physician anything new. If something specific needs rechecking, it can be added to the same draw.
What is the Monitoring panel?+
A $149 follow-up draw for patients already on therapy. It tracks the markers that actually move on treatment rather than repeating the full baseline, so ongoing monitoring costs less than starting over. It becomes available once you are an established patient; new patients start with Foundation, Optimize or Apex.
Will a physician review my results?+
Yes. Every panel includes a physician review. You'll receive a personalized analysis that explains your results in plain English.
Can I use insurance?+
We are a cash-pay practice. This keeps pricing transparent and avoids insurance hassles. Many patients find our price competitive with or below insurance co-pays for a comparable panel.
