Complete Intake
5 minute questionnaire plus ID upload.
You create an account and walk through a focused health questionnaire covering your goals, medical history, current medications, and baseline symptoms.
You upload a government-issued ID to confirm Florida residency and identity. Intake is saved as you go, so you can step away and pick up where you left off.
Most patients finish intake in about 5 minutes.
Order Bloodwork
Quest Diagnostics draw site near you. Results in 1 to 3 business days.
After intake, you choose the lab panel that fits your goals or one a physician recommends based on your profile.
We send a lab requisition to any Quest Diagnostics location in Florida. Over 2,000 draw sites statewide, no appointment required at most of them.
Results flow directly back into your Ignite portal in 1 to 3 business days, with physician interpretation attached.
Physician Review
Personalized plan within 24 to 48 hours of your results landing.
A licensed Florida physician reviews your intake alongside your lab results. Not a template, not a checkbox form, an actual review of your data.
If your data supports treatment, the physician builds a personalized protocol with dosing, supply cadence, and monitoring milestones.
If the data does not support treatment, or flags something we should address first, the physician will tell you and explain why. We do not prescribe for the sake of prescribing.
Start Your Protocol
Medication ships to your door. Ongoing messaging and lab follow-ups included.
Approved prescriptions go to a licensed compounding or retail pharmacy and ship directly to your address, usually within a few business days.
You get ongoing secure messaging with your care team for questions, side effects, and adjustments, plus scheduled follow-up labs to verify the protocol is working.
Dose changes, pauses, and refills are all handled through the same portal.

Day 0 to Day 7
Intake and labs.
You finish intake the same day. You visit Quest within a few days. Lab results typically return in 1 to 3 business days after the draw.
Day 7 to Day 10
Physician review.
Your physician reviews your data and publishes a personalized plan within 24 to 48 hours of results landing.
Day 10 onward
Protocol and monitoring.
Medication ships, messaging opens, and follow-up labs are scheduled at 60 and 90 days to confirm the plan is working.
