01

About Ignite

Who we are, how we are structured, and who we treat.

What is Ignite Health & Wellness?+
Ignite Health & Wellness is a physician-guided longevity telehealth practice serving Florida residents. We focus on metabolic health, hormone optimization, sexual health, and peptide therapy. Every protocol starts with comprehensive bloodwork.
How is the practice structured?+
Ignite is a management services organization (MSO). We handle the business infrastructure (platform, billing, marketing, operations) while clinical care is delivered by independent Florida-licensed physicians, including Saad MD's concierge medicine entity and Beluga Health as a supporting clinical partner. The physicians have sole clinical autonomy.
What states do you serve?+
Florida only. Sarasota, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Naples, Jacksonville, Orlando, and everywhere in between. If you are physically located outside Florida, we cannot treat you.
Who is Ignite for?+
Adults who want a physician-led, data-driven approach to longevity and wellness. Patients who are tired of cookie-cutter care, step-therapy insurance games, and rushed 15 minute appointments. If you want your lab data actually read and interpreted, this is for you.
Is Ignite a licensed medical practice?+
Clinical care is delivered through independent Florida-licensed physician entities. Ignite Health & Wellness, LLC is the MSO that supports those practices with technology, operations, and administrative services.

02

Bloodwork

Our data-first foundation.

Why do I need bloodwork before treatment?+
Because we will not prescribe without data. Hormones, metabolic markers, and inflammatory signals tell us whether a protocol is warranted, what dose makes sense, and what to monitor. Starting treatment without a baseline is guessing.
Where do I get my blood drawn?+
We partner with Quest Diagnostics, which has over 2,000 draw sites across Florida. After you order a panel, we send a digital requisition you can bring to any Quest location near you.
How long do results take?+
Most panels return results within 1 to 3 business days of the blood draw. Your results populate in your Ignite portal automatically, along with physician interpretation.
Do I need to fast?+
For metabolic panels (glucose, insulin, lipids), a 12 hour fast is required. Hormone panels are best drawn before 10am. Each panel has specific prep instructions included when you order.
Can I bring my own labs from another provider?+
Yes, if the labs are recent (typically within 60 to 90 days) and cover the biomarkers we need. Your physician will review the outside report and tell you whether additional draws are required. This policy is at physician discretion.

03

Medications & Prescriptions

How protocols are built, shipped, and monitored.

Who writes my prescription?+
A Florida-licensed physician reviews your intake and lab results and writes any prescription. We do not use AI to prescribe. AI helps surface patterns and draft summaries. The doctor signs the plan.
How fast do medications ship?+
Once your protocol is approved, prescriptions are sent to a licensed pharmacy (compounding or retail depending on the product) and typically ship within a few business days. You will get tracking in your portal.
Can I adjust my dose?+
Dose changes go through your physician. You can request adjustments via secure messaging in the portal and the physician will review based on your response, side effects, and follow-up labs.
What if the physician declines to prescribe?+
If your labs or history do not support a particular protocol, the physician will tell you directly and explain why. They may recommend an alternative, additional testing, or no pharmacological treatment at all. We will not prescribe against clinical judgment.
Do you treat patients under 18?+
No. Ignite serves adults 18 and over.

04

Billing

Cash-pay pricing, no hidden fees, no insurance.

Do you accept insurance?+
No. Ignite is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. This keeps pricing transparent and avoids denial fights, prior authorization delays, and surprise bills.
What does a lab panel include?+
The lab requisition, the biomarker assay at Quest Diagnostics, and physician interpretation in your portal. One flat price, no add-on fees.
How does a medication subscription work?+
You pay per supply cycle (typically monthly or quarterly). The subscription covers the medication, physician oversight, portal messaging, and protocol adjustments. You can pause, modify, or cancel from the portal.
Are there enrollment or platform fees?+
No. No enrollment fee, no platform fee, no annual membership. You pay for the lab work or medication you order.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards and HSA / FSA cards. Payments are processed through Stripe. HSA / FSA eligibility depends on your plan administrator; we recommend confirming with them first.

05

Telehealth & Florida

How telemedicine works in Florida, and what it means for you.

Do I ever need to come in person?+
No. Ignite is fully telehealth. The only physical visit you may need is to a Quest Diagnostics draw site for bloodwork, and those visits are typically under 15 minutes.
How do I message my physician?+
Through the secure messaging channel in your Ignite patient portal. Your care team responds within 1 business day for non-urgent matters. For emergencies, call 911.
Is my health data private?+
Yes. We operate on a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with signed business associate agreements for our core vendors. You can review our HIPAA Notice and Privacy Policy for details.
What if I move out of Florida?+
Because our physicians are Florida-licensed, we can only continue care while you are physically located in Florida. If you relocate permanently, we will help you export your records so you can transition to a provider in your new state.
How do I verify I am a Florida resident?+
At intake, you upload a government-issued ID. Your shipping address must also be a Florida address where you can reliably receive medication.
